Hi everybody, Its time for another post of *Drum roll please* For the Greater Good!!

"Biiiiiiiiiiiiiee Aaaerfothh" cried Arianna as Aberforth left the house with his Hogwarts trunk.

"I'll see be back for the holidays Arianna." he replied soothingly. He turned to Dumbledore "Goodbye Albus." he said in a cold manner that indicated his growing anger towards his brother.

"Goodbye Aberforth." As soon as Aberforth left, Dumbledore hurried Arianna up to her room and sent an owl to Gellert which read:

Meeting. Tonight. Usual Spot. Time: When the long hand points to pluto.

Dumbledore sat on his bed reading an article in Charms Today, but his mind was not on the article, it was on what he had discovered about the Hallows during some late-night reading. He was terrribly excited. Suddenly there was a crash in the kitchen. Dumbledore ran down the stairs to see Arianna sitting in a pupple of milk, eggs, and flour.

"Arianna! What am I going to do with you?!" he shouted angrily, he grabbed her arm and marched her up to her room, and then ran downstairs to clean up the mess. He looked at his watch. "Bragging Basilisks, I'm late!" He ran out of the Kitchen and down to the Brothers Grave. His usual meeting place with Gellert. He sat down on the edge of the stone and waited for Gellert.

"Hello Dumbledore."

"Good evening Gellert."

"Last time I saw you you said that you knew something important."

"Yes, I've been reading up on the elderwand and I've been able to trace it down to a wizard community called Prevalt." Albus thought he saw a flame of greed flicker in Gellerts eyes, but he decided afterword that he had just imagined it, due to lack of sleep.

"We must go at once."

"I suppose so............ wait" he remembered Arianna and the mess in the kitchen "No............. I musn't go now." he sighed he began to walk away but Grindel wald roughly grabbed his shoulder.

"Do you have any idea what you're doing Dumbledore? Do you?" he shouted angrely

"Gellert, I really don't see any reason to........"

"Don't see any reason to!" he let out a harsh laugh, spit flew out of his mouth as he spoke.

"I really must be going." Grindlewald drew his wand, but realized that if they dueled Dumbledore would win, he put his wand away and stalked off.

Later that night, Gellert was storming around his room. He had realized what a mistake he had made. Dumbledore was an essential part of his plan. He would have to win Dumbledore's trust back.

Sorry that I haven't posted in so long, I've been really busy.

Dumbledore lay awake in bed for a long time that night. He was thinking about what had happened with Gellert. Could Gellert have a reason behind what he was doing that he wasn't sharing with Dumbledore? Could he have just been tired and short on temper? Dumbledore rolled over and closed his eyes.

"Things might be more clear after some sleep." he mumbled to no one imparticular.

That night he had a strange Dream, about the elderwand, a prison, and a thin black haired boy with emerald green eyes. When he woke up in the morning he was more confused than when he had fallen asleep.

Around lunch time, Dumbledore heard a knock on the door. He opened it to find Grindlewald standing there with a platter of cookies.

"Hello, Dumbledore. I just want to let you know that I'm really sorry about last night, I was so tired, and I really overreacted.

"Apology accepted," said Dumbledore with a warm smile. He was glad that Grindlewald had not been hiding anything from him, he had begun to like Gellert. "Would you like to come in, and share those Delicious looking cookies with Aria............ Acutally maybe we should just sit outside, its a lovely day." said Dumbledore as he stepped out into a heat wave.

Hi everybody, I am so sorry that I have not posted in to long, but here is the next part.

Peck, Peck, Peck. The owl outside Dumbledore's window was tapping imatiently on the glass. Peck, Peck, Peck. Dubledore opened the window with a flick of his wand, hoping that the owl hadn't woke Arianna. The owl stuck out its leg and waited for the note to be untied. Dumbledore did so with nimble fingures, and unfurrled the paper.

Albus,
Can I come in?

Dumbledore looked out the window. Shure enough, Gellert was standing there with the owl who had just delivered the note perched on his shoulder.

Gellert looked up and saw Dumbledore peering at him through his slightly opened window.

"I shall let you come in if you promise to keep a secret." Dumbledore called sofetly.

"I promise." Grindlewald answered.

Gellert waited passively for Dumbledore to open the door and allow him in. His preposition for Dumbledore tonight was going to be a huge shock, but hopefully not a wake-up call. If Dumbledore realized that his plan really meant dabbling in the Dark Arts, well, who knows what could happen then? Maybe Dumbledore's secret would be something he could use to convince Dumbledore that his plan was a good one. And it was.

Sorry that I can't post more, I will later, but I've run out of time for this morning.

Its been almost a month since we've had a chappy!
*sits beside Maxie and puts up a nice cosy tent*

Hey everybody, I know that I've said this way too many times but, I'm really really sorry that I haven't posted in so long. I've been really caught up in end- of - school year projects and finals. I hope you can forgive me. You all have my permission to poke me with a stick. As hard as you want.

Dumbledore reappeared, this time at the door, not the window. Beside him stood a thin blond girl with large eyes, much like Dumbledore's and Aberforth's eyes, and a lop-sided red bow perched in her wispy hair. Dumbledore gestured for Gellert to come in quickly. He did so without questioning Arianna's presence.

When Dumbledore spoke, he sounded unsure, and an odd occurrence indeed. "This... this is my secret. Gellert, meet my...my sister Arianna." Gellert let his mouth fall open in surprise.

"You're sister...?" Gellert let out a nervous laugh. "You didn't transfigure Aberforth by accident did you?"

Dumbledore chuckled, but his face quickly became serious again. "No, Arianna is my sister, she was... injured by muggle children. My father..." Dumbledore took in a deep breath and gave Gellert a searching look "My father was put into Azkaban for trying to avenge Arianna. Of course, no one must know that, do you understand Gellert?" Gellert noticed that Dumbledore had a firm grip on the wand in his pocket. He glanced down at the wand and then back up at Dumbledore.

"I understand." Gellert said. Dumbledore let himself relax.

"Good, good." Dumbledore replied relaxing his grip on the wand. Gellert looked curiosly at Arianna. Was he imagining the disgusted look that seemed to cross her face every time she looked at him? Was it possible that she knew what he had planned...

"Gellert." Grindelwald was pulled away from his thoughts by Dumbledore's sharp voice. Dumbledore peered at him over his spectacles. "Is there something you wish to tell me?"

Gellert shook his head, but he knew that it was a lie. He had finally realized where Arianna fit into his plans, she was the very tool he needed to win Dumbledore over. And once he had Dumbledore, nothing would be able to stand in his way. He was really dying to tell Dumbledore...something.
