Ahoy hoy, everyone! Hermione_loves_Ron here, better known as Ashlie. Clearly, you have stumbled upon my new graphics shop. I'm a 22-year-old who does little other than read, write, play Pokemon and The Sims 2, and make pizzas. Obviously, I need a new hobby. (Or to revive an old - look at it however you will.) I will be taking both requests and posting grab-bags here, and will only take a maximum of FOUR requests at a time. I've had a couple shops here, including a joint shop with Oesed. If you want to peruse for more examples feel free to check out Heaven Can Wait or Zomiigraphics
the RULES & INFORMATION
The array of what I can make for you is rather diverse, I would suppose. It includes, but is not limited to:
avatars (for SS, LJ, InvisionFree, and the such)
signatures
profile pics
banners
fanfic banners
wallpapers (specify your size, of course)
book covers
etc. Really. Ask me if I'll make something for you, I will tell you if I can or cannot.
Like all other shops, though, I have some rules. Most are the same as any other, but you are required to read the rules anyway, because I will turn away requests which do not follow the rules. If I do this, you are free to request, properly, again. Onwards!
► I will only take on four requests at a time. No more than that.
► Each request contains a max of three images, bar wallpapers which are a request of their own. This means: one avatar, one signature, one profile pic; three avatars; two avatars, one signature; two signatures, one Profile Pic; one wallpaper; etc. Any combination, so long as it is NOT MORE than three images, or one wallpaper.
► Specify! Tell me the size you want your graphics, so I have an idea of what I'm doing. Also, if it's not for SS, tell me and let me know what limits and restrictions I have, in terms of size and weight limit. If I'm making graphics for Invision Free, say so, an tell me the limits. Easy peasy, right? : D
► Please, only give me HIGH QUALITY images. This is to ensure your graphics look the best possible. Grainy/small images don't do well, because you cannot make a picture bigger. You can always make it smaller, but if you make it bigger, it stretches and pixelates and looks awful. So remember: HQ (Medium Quality if you must but try for HQ).
► Something to keep in mind. Sometimes I'll tell you an image is too dark. Sometimes I can work with it. If you can avoid too-dark images, though, that'd be amazing, and you'd be a peach. <3
► Never hotlink. Ever. Not even concerning SS - just don't do it. Most people have a limited bandwidth and when you hotlink, you steal that, and then for many accounts, their images cease to show up for a period of time. So be kind and don't do it.
► Always upload to your own server. If you don't have one or don't know what this is, check the Madame Malkin's rules, where you will find a link to a list of servers.
► While on the topic of goodness, always credit, NEVER claim as your own. That is considered plagiarism and is just plain RUDE. You wouldn't want someone to claim YOUR hard work now would you?
► Use the form. It keeps everything clean, concise and easier for me. : D
► Rudeness will get you nowhere. If you are rude to me (or anyone else in the shop), I have all rights to deny your request.
► This is (hopefully) obvious, but if you request the same thing at another shop, I will not do it, and chances are, neither will the other shop. It's hardly fair to us.
