ok, so you need to first go to photobucket.com and load your siggy, then there you'll get a direct link. Copy and paste the link here you will have to read the rules or just do this

:

1. Yes
2. State where you want your siggy to be (center, left, right is default)
3. [center][img]paste the direct link here[/img*][/center*] (remove the astrick)
4. Yes

You have to do the above four steps in the given link. Hope i helped, if any more questions letme know, i'll be happy to help you
