Well...... I think that when Fred died, there was a lot of tension because of the war happening right then and there... I think the amount of fear the parents must have felt was... I mean, you know... they had all their children there and they could have lost any number of them...
When Fred died, I think it they were very shocked and very sad. I especially imagine George was devistated.. I mean, that's two halves of a whole and now they aren't whole..
I also imagine it's going to be hard looking at George and wanting so badly to Fred with him... and knowing that they both looked exactly alike... and poor George gets to look in the mirror everyday and see his brother looking out at him...
*sniff* I'm going to make myself cry...

Im sure Arthur & Molly were really devastated. The whole family really. Harry & Hermione too. The person who will be more depressed about it after Arthur & Molly is George. THey were twin brothers. THey had everything in common.

 That's not really what I meant. Obviously they are all devastated.
But I meant Molly's reaction as opposed to Arthur's.
I think that Molly will be quite depressed and sobby for a while, and I think Arthur will have nothing but pride for the way his son died. While he'd be very sad, I think he'd be more proud. And I think over time Molly would feel this way too. | |

Yeah, they're horrified that he died, but are proud of him for going out the way he wanted, fighting the Dark Arts. I think Fred is up there right ow grinning like a banchee at his vctory. I think that along with the shock and hurt there was also a sense of.... I don't want to say resignation really... but I do. I mean, they were probably fretting for so long and they just knew-- I mean.. obviously we knew that a Weasley was going to die, because well... look at the lot of them... there's so many!

I too think that Fred's death was a very big tragedy in the family.Molly and Arthur might never get over that.I am pretty sure that they loved Fred very much.Yes I know that a Weasley is going to die but I never expected FRED.I am a little happy that it isn't Arthur or Molly...........But I know that Molly & Arthur would have risked their lives to save Fred's if they could..........sad times.........has begun...........
