Dumbledore has decided that it would be best for the seventh years to understand other cultures and their belief system. Some of the students regard this as ridiculous, whereas the rest believe this would be very interesting. Dumbledore is personally teaching this class and has started with Greek Mythology.

Now, Hermione being Hermione decided to do some extra research on the subject and gained access to the Restricted Section of the library. Browsing the books, she finds a particular spell that she doesn’t understand. Still, she mutters in under her breath and it is Ancient Greek that she is speaking.

At that same time, a group of teenagers suddenly appear on the grounds of Hogwarts. They turn out to be Olympian gods and goddesses in teenage form. The spell that Hermione used caused them to come back in the form of the spell-caster, ergo Hermione is 17 and therefore so are they.

Dumbledore decides that this is an excellent series of events and allows the Greeks to stay at Hogwarts and help with the project. However, friendships and relationships are formed, and what happens when the project ends and the Greeks have to go back to their own time? Do any of them stay? Or do they hate it that much, they want to leave as soon as they have arrived?

Oh how this brings back memories of dressing up as a goddess for social studies! I was Artemis.

-Hair: Long, deep red, slightly curly and a little frizzy
-Eyes: deep brown
Brief History: One day, when Persephone was about 15 years old, she was picking flowers. She had started to mature, and she was stunningly beautiful: so much, that Hades decided to abduct her for himself. He rose up into the field where she was and took her back down to the Underworld with him, making her the Queen of the Underworld. She did not like being the Queen of the Underworld, since she hated the underworld and Hades for comdeming her there, but she couldn't show it.

Her mother was so overcome with grief that she begged Hades to let her go, which he did grudgingly. But before he did, he gave Persephone a pomegranate. Whe she ate it, she was bound to the Underworld. She was able to live above ground with her family and friends for two-thirds of the year, but had to return back down with Hades for the remaining third, the winter.

Personality: There are two parts to Persephone's split personality: her usual sweet, soft spoken, caring side, and the dark side. Her 'dark side' usually comes out in the winter, having to do with her having to return to live in the undeworld. She hates herself for this side of her, but she can't control it. She tries though.

Personality: Ginny is a girl who sums up the phrase 'more than meets the eye'. She may seem like a delicate young girl but she has a fiery character and will not back down in an arguement. She has no problem telling boys or girls what she thinks of them and isn't afraid of physical confrontation. Being brought up with six older brothers has made her slightly tomboyish and she's as mad about Quidditch as her brother Charlie is about dragons. Ginny is a good friend and is always willing to listen to people's problems. Her bright and sunny attitude to everything makes her well-liked among her peers and, unknown to her, she has caught the eye of more than one guy before.

Personality: Aphrodite is the girl that all the boys droll over. That one girl that all the others hate because she attracts all of the guys. However, she hates having all the guys follow her around, and she certainly doesn't want to be with one of them just becuse they like her looks. Being a teenager, for her, is quite stressful and she just wants to be treated like a normal girl, instead of her appearance getting in the way and is waing for that elusive guy who can prove to her that not all men have an over-abundance of testosterone.
