Oh god. Ohgodohgodohgodohgod. His finger lifted her chin up with ease and now she was forced to look directly at him. She was on the edge of hyperventilation but she knew she couldn't have done it. She was going to end up crazy, she could swear on it, but right now she was focused on his eyes - she could feel her face getting mildly warmer - she was blushing, she knew it but seriously, this guy was going to get her to spill her guts whether she wanted to or not.

You don't have to be, but you have no idea how I feel right now. she thought sulkily. Her face revealed none of it though, and instead she smiled faintly.

Leo knew she was shocked by his sudden movements, but he thought it needed to be done. There was obviously something she wasn't telling him and he wanted to know, however discreet he may be. Although he probably could have taken a wild guess as to what she was thinking, this way was much more fun. That way, he could watch her reactions. She was sort of hard to read because of her solid facial expressions.

Her weak smile only made him chuckle lightly. He whispered something in Italian under his breath then his gray-green eyes locked with hers once more.

Madison was good at hiding things. And lying. Those were the main two things she was particularly good at. It looked like he wanted to squeeze out every last living detail of her thoughts - there was no freaking way she was going to let that happen. Or am I? She thought, her weak smile turning into a frown for the tiniest millisecond - it was unnoticeable, unless you studied her face very carefully.

His eyes were hypnotizing ray beam thingies. A professional psychiatrist could not have been better at this.

Noelle took another sip of her water. “Pennsylvania” unfortunately she thought “what about you?” She hated Pennsylvania. Everything was grey. Boring and dull. She wanted to leave it behind her.

Leonardo did not take his eyes off her face for one second. He knew if he looked at her the way he did she would tell him what she was really thinking. That's exactly what he wanted. The gears were definitely turning in her head, he knew that much. He just didn't know about what. Well, he had an idea and he was probably right, but he wanted to hear it out of the horses mouth.

He sighed lightly, muttering something under his breath in Italian that was barely audible to the human ear. Yes, he talked to himself, leave him alone.

Leonardo hoped that he wasn't being too overbearing with his facial expressions, but he couldn't be too sure. just by the expression on her face--which was hard to read--he could tell something was up. He smiled encouragingly down at her, trying to make her feel a bit less embarrassed, or whatever it was that she was feeling.

Suddenly, she jumped up as if something poked her in the back. His gray-green eyes went slightly wider than usual and his right eyebrow perked up. Before he could even speak to her she was pulling Joanna away from Elizabeth who hadn't been that far from them to begin with.

Leo rolled over and finally let himself lay across the grass as he watched the clouds drift slowly across the sky. Madison would be back, there was no doubt about that. Until then, he layed perfectly still.

"Like, you know you're lucky you didn't let Belle and Cora see you. If they did... Well, you'd be in a lot of trouble." Madison sighed, annoyed. "That what's-her-face chick is seriously messed up. I mean, she clutches that ANCIENT laptop all day long." She rolled her eyes. That computer was due for a major checkup.

"One piece of advice at Bradwell? Never, ever, no matter under any circumstances, ever talk to her. Ever."

Glancing over at Madison and Joanna, Leo could tell they were having a heated conversation about the obvious topic. Elizabeth. Yes, she might have been weird, but she certainly didn't go along with the crowd and be snooty. He respected her for that. The girls he hung out with he wasn't so sure about. Sure, they were nice to him, but not everyone. No one was good enough for their little 'clique' unless they all voted on it or something.

The young man shook his head then ran his long fingers through his brown hair. Would he ever understand girls? Maybe not. Would he still be able to dazzle them like he had? Not to brag, but yes, yes he would.
