Before I begin, I started this about a year or so ago, and since then my computer messed up and I couldn't get on. So, it when Inactive. I tried PMing the mods, but I guess they can't resurface old RPGs or something. I've rewrote the plot a little bit, though. Well, that's all, so here we go.

It's been seven years since the Population Police were defeated. Everyone lived in peace and had as many children as they wanted. Until now.

Somehow, the son of the old Head Officer rose up in the Ministry of Magic until he was the Minister. Benny Jenkins is a carbon copy of his father, except for one thing: he is more strict, and he has more power. He started to be come a dictator, not only to the wizarding comunity, but the muggle community as well.

The law is the families must not have pets, or over 2 children. If they are caught, it is unknown what will happen to them. So, if there happens to be over 3 children born after January 1 of this year, they are offically illegal.

Cole and Alli Kendrick were both third children when the first Population Police struck. They lived as Jacob and Hallie until they were seventeen, when they could come out as their real names and not risk death. Since then, they got married, had two beautiful twins, Shawn and Hannah, and a beautiful daughter, Julia. Alli was pregnant with their fourth, and now illegal, baby.

Maddie Kendrick-Gardener, Cole's twin sister and was technically a 'fourth child', only has two children, but she has volunteered to shelter all the thirds and their families in her basement, with her husband (famous for the stopping of the first PP movement, Luke Gardener) helping.

2. Let's call this "The Second Population Police Movement," and the first "The First Population Police Movement". In the FPPM, Cole, Alli, Maddie, and Luke were illegals. THEY AREN'T NOW. But the girls who are pregnant with their third child, or they just had their third child, are better hiding. So, either make your character pregnant, or your character's wife, or they just had a baby.

History: She grew up in a slightly poor family. Her mother and her father worked at least two jobs so her oldest brother Alex was in charge of the family until he turned 16 when he got a job as well and Nieyl was in charge. Alex is the nice and kind brother who loved his little sister to death while Nieyl was the pick on you but still love you sometimes brother. Her parents were loving and kept their only daughter hidden for hers and their safety. THey refused to let the law get in their way for a daughter. She grew up on a farm out in the middle of nowhere and was allowed to play in the barn with the animals but she had never been off the farm until she was eleven years old when she got her fake id and went to Hogwarts.

History: Jacob's father is a wealthy doctor, mostly to muggles, so naturally he is a little spoiled. Now a doctor himself, he follows in his father's footsteps (besides the whole wealthy part). He was born in the woods, in a huge cabin, as he describes "Up North", because of being an illegal.
His father taught him everything he knows about being a doctor. He focuses more on women and children, but he also does work on every field, too. Anyways, when he was twelve, before he got his fake I.D., his father (on his days off) would take him to the loft and teach him things, such as medicine and other things.
His mother usually came up and talked to him and his sister when it was dinner time. Really, he didn't know his brothers until the Population Police was destroyed.

Personality: Cole loves sports. He loves playing them, especially Quidditch. But what he really loves is spending time with his family. He is very fun and likes to try new things. He loves having a good time, with friends, and especially with Alli and the kids. Loves the color red. He also likes pickles and singing in the shower.

Personality: When she got her fake I.D., she was shy and timid. But since then, she is outgoing and very friendly. Her son even says she is 'smiley' a lot. She still loves to write, most of the time when her family is asleep, which is really never. Her Zac is a handful, and so is the baby. But she loves them, and Luke.

Maddie found the things she was looking for in her closet. They'd be coming over today. She went down to the basement and dropped the things there, then getting her three month old daughter out of her room. She then heard the doorbell, and hurried downstairs. "Cole! Alli!" she said, smiling.

Cole grinned, sighing as he dropped the suitcases on the floor. "Hey, Maddie," he smiled. "Thanks for letting us stay here," he added, hugging her and kissing his neice. "Is there anyone else coming?"

"Yeah, I think so, but they haven't arrived yet," she smiled. "I'll get Luke to carry those down for you later. Where's Shawn and Hannah?" she asked.

"They're coming," Cole said, watching his four year old walk over behind him.

"How are you feeling, Ali?"

Alli smiled and hugged Maddie. "Oh man Maddie I have missed you" she said as she wiped a couple tears from her eyes. "I feel like you felt 5 months ago" she said with a grin. She reached down and grabbed her small suitcase the only one that Cole would let her carry. "Shawn! Hannah! Jules!" Allie called.

Hannah ran up happily. "LOOK AUNT MADDIE I DONT GOTS A CAST NO MORE" she yelled happily as she began to dance around in circles. She grabbed Charlotte and hugged her Aunt Maddie "come on SHAWN" Hannah yelled.

Jules rolled her eyes as she dragged her bag of her toys up the sidewalk. "AUNT MADDS" Julie yelled as she dropped her bag and ran to hug onto her aunt's leg. She held on tightly and looked up. "I speaks watts better now aunt maddie!" she said with a smile.

"I'm coming!" Shawn said, dropping his suitcase at the door and hugging his aunt. "I miss you, Auntie Maddie!"

Maddie smiled at the family. "Hello, hello, hello," she laughed, bending down so that Julia could hug her. "I missed you all," she said, "and so did little Angel here," she grinned. "And Julia, you are getting to be a big girl," she grinned. "Now, you guys go find Zac, he should be in his room." She stood up and looked at the two. "Hmm...look at you, how far along are you?" she asked Ali. She handed Angel to Cole and began to close the door.

Hannah smiled and skipped into the house. "ZACY" she yelled happily. She skipped up the stairs and almost laughed out loud. "Hey Shawn can we not fall down the stairs this time?" she asked with a grin as she continued up the stairs trying to find Zac.

Julia smiled. "Hi Angel" she said as she touched her foot gently. "Aunt Maddie can I holds Angel?" she asked as correctly as she could. She smiled innocently. "Mommy said that if I was a good girl and I sat on the couch you might let me and it will helps me be better bigger sister" she said.

Alli smiled and patted her growing stomach. "Only like.....5 months or something I forget I've lost track ask Cole he's the tracker of this kind of stuff. I'm finally out of morning sickness thats all I know" she said with a grin. She walked back out to the walkway and grabbed Julia's toy bag.

"Yes, you can, Julia," Maddie smiled, sitting on the couch. "Come on," she said. "You are going to be a great big sister," she smiled.

"Five months," Cole nodded, moving the suitcases where no one would trip over them. He grinned happily, leaning against the wall and waiting on Ali to com in. "I had to take leave for a few months in my office job, said I was going on an inlightenment trip. So, I'll be staying here and helping to take care of things."

Maddie rolled her eyes. Her brother was always overprotective.

Julia clapped and smiled. "Mommy did you hear that Aunt Maddie said I can hold Angel" she said happily as she followed Maddie into the living room and sat on the couch happily.

"I heard baby, and Aunt Maddie is right you are going to be a great big sister" Alli said as she dragged the bags in and set them with the rest. She rolled her neck that was hurting from the car ride. She walked into the family room with MAddie and Julie.

Cole followed, sneaking in the room and looking around. "Where's your husband?"

"Somewhere around here. So, what's everyone been up too?" Maddie asked, handing Angel over to Julia. "Be easy, baby," she said to her.

Alli smiled. "been overprotected by Cole. I'm no longer allowed to lift anything that weights anything over that suitcase" she said with a smile. "you'd think he would calm after his third child but nah" she said with a grin as she turned and looked at Cole with a smirk.

Julia nodded. "I will Aunt Maddie" she said as she tried to be very gentle. She leaned down and kissed Angels head smiling.

Cole rolled his eyes. "Well, I'm sorry, but that's what you get for marrying a doctor," he grinned, twisting his wedding ring as he layed back in a chair. "Come over here and sit down," he said, motioning her over to him.

"Well, I figure we should have dinner and then we'll set up the basement. I've got one big bed for you two, and one for Hannah and Julia, and another for Shawn. Luke's going to the thrift furniture store later to get some more and also maybe a TV or something. For comfort or something. You guys need anything while he's out?"

Alli smirked. "its alright I'm not too restricted yet...as soon as I hit my 7th or 8th month then youll just pull the reins in some more" she said with a grin. She was going to protest to going to sit down. She didnt need to sit down but she was tired of standing me already. She walked over and sat down. "dont worry Maddie we will be perfectly fine dont worry about it. Although Hannah is going to have a fit finding out she has to sleep with Julie" Alli said with a grin.

Julie looked up excited. "I get to sleep with Hannah!?" she asked amazed.
