This is an RP about a wizard bringing his girlfriend home to meet the family. Its a comical/touching RPG and the family is crazy in its own way (arent they all?)

Story
The Blacks are a family living in an expensive manor-styled house in Gordrics Hollow. They're not perfect in any way, as all the members clash occasionally.

Charecters
1) Maury Black: The father of the Black family. He is a laid-back, relaxed man and usually spends all his time reading books on muggles, whom he finds fascinating.

2) Allesia Black: The mother of the Black family. She is a nice woman who is also a bit of a worrywart. She has a very bad memory which often gets her into trouble, especially with remembering dates. She is also a great cook and is a renowned author.

3) Catelyn Black: The eldest daughter of the stones who just got out of a really messy divorce. She studied at Beauxbatons academy instead of going to Hogwarts because she wanted to experience France, because of which she is a little snooty but is generally good at heart. She has a young daughter named Ruby from her marriage.

4) Jimmy Black: The eldest son of the Blacks. Jimmy is very active and loves playing quidditch. He was the captain of the quidditch team and the beater when he was at Hogwarts. He is a bit arrogant and boasts a lot about his skills.

5) Markus (Mark) Black: The middle child of the Blacks, Mark is quite reserved and shy and it takes him a long time to open up to people. He has a girlfriend named Rachel whom he is bringing over to his home for christmas.

6) Rebecca (Becks) Black: The rebellious teenage daughter of the Blacks. She is on holiday from Hogwarts and doesnt really listen to what her parents have to say. She loves painting and also keeps a unique collection of pets, including a baby hippogriff named Lex.

7) Rachel Stone: Marks girlfriend who used to be impressed by the stones until she got to spend christmas with them. She is a very outspoken and talkative person and loves buying things for herself.

The only people Becks will listen to is her older brothers, Jimmy and Markus. However, Becks is smart, and tries her best at school, except she doesn't boast about it, or make a big deal of it.

Weakness: Rachel's weakness is that she is afraid of failure and spiders (think Ron/Hermione's boggarts together).
Strengths: She is really smart and likes to use big words in conversation. She is a true friend, but could possibly fall for any guy that ever came along.

Ok we are officially starting 'Christmas with the Blacks'

Mark hummed happily while he sped straight ahead on on his broomstick that night. Below him, he could see the crisscrossing lights from the muggle city below him. He looked at Rachel, who was flying with him on her own broomstick and smiled. He really and truly felt that she was the one. In a moments hesitation, he hoped that his family would minimize their craziness to make Rachel feel at home. "So Rachel, are you exited having to spend christmas with my crazy family?" he asked her

Rebecca stalked into the living room of her home, and glared slightly at the Christmas decorations her parents had put up.

"But why does she have to come here? And why at Christmas? Doesn't she have a family to spend it with?" She questioned her family, sitting with her arms crossed across her chest. Becks had always believed family should come first, and having someone she didn't even know coming for Christmas irritated her something rotten.

"Well?"

Becks groaned as her cousin hauled her from the sofa and up to her room.

"Was there any need to almost pull my arm from its socket?" She asked sarcastically rubbing her shoulder for dramatic effect. However, she was curious as to what Tina was up to. "Well come on then, spill. What's this plan of yours?"

"Ok Well when your rother and his girlfriend get her...let's drop spiders on them..giant spiders..."Tina said with a grin. She rolled up the bottom of her shirt to show her belly buttton and to prove she was ready.

Rachel began to get nervous. "What--what have you said about me?" she asked.

Becks rolled her eyes at Tina. "That's your great plan? Not even Catelyn would be scared. No, we have to do something a lot more...extreme..." She said trailing off as her mind wandered to the possibilities.

She realised that they were probably being slightly harsh to Rachel, but she was ruining their Christmas by turning up. That thought brought Becks to her senses and the real world as she continued to think of horrid things to do to the new guest.
