| My favorite series are:
The Kay Scarpetta Series--Patricia Cornwell
Nancy Drew--Carolyn Keene (more as a child than now, though)
The Hardy Boys--Frank Dixon (again, as a child)
R.L. Stine (as a child I couldn't get enough--it's embarassing now)
The Babysitter's Club (as a kid--and I'm not ashamed to admit it!)
The Boxcar Children (and if you haven't read them, you should)
The Cat Who Series--L.J. Braun (I really like cats...)
Tolkien's stuff (although it's not really a series, maybe the mythology)
The Chronicles of Narnia
The Honor Harrington Series--David Weber (I'm absolutely devoted)
Anne of Green Gables Series--L.M. Montgomery is just incredible
Harry Potter (naturally) |

| Hmmmm. I'll forget some, I expect.
LOTR
HP
The Baby Sitters Club (when I was around 8 years old)
Princess Diaries
Unfortunate Events
Allys World
Those really really really funny books that don't have a title as a series but they're called 1) Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging 2) It's OK, I'm wearing really big knickers, 3) Knocked out by my Nunga Nungas 4) Dancing in my Nuddy Pants.
They're really very funny and British =D. I have loads more but I just can't seem to remember them...OH
Malory Towers, another British boarding school themed series just without the magic and without the moderness. |

| I mainly just like the Chronicals of Narnia and the Old Kingdom series. But I'm told that His Dark Materials is supposed to be good, and I'm going to check those. As you can probably see, I'm not much of a series of books reader. I think that series often drag out the books, but as to the rule, their are always exceptions. |
