Book?
The only book made me cry is only Darren Shan#1, when he pretended to die and he saw all of his family cried him, and #2...When Darren's best friend dead...I cried...
Even my most fave book, Harry Potter all series (except #7, perhaps) couldnt make me cry at all!! When Cedric, Sirius, or Dumbledore died, none of them could make me cry..I'm honest...Darren shan is the only one...Dunno why...

The HBP of course made me cry, it was so hard to read the chapter when Dumbledore left us.

Tuesdays with Morrie makes me cry, as it touches close to home.

And when I'll admit if you've ever read any of the stories from any of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books, there are some good tear jerkers there, too!

Le Rouge et le Noir (The Red and the Black) by Stendhal. I read it when I was 12 and the ending was too sad for me to handle! lol

UPDATE: Never read New Moon by Stephenie Meyer while listening to "A Window to the Past" from HP & the PoA soundtrack. It is sad and it'll make you cry. It did me. ;-)

I did cry in HBP when DD died, and at DD's funeral.

Theres also a trilogy by Malorie Blackman I read, (Noughts and Crosses, At Kifes Edge and Checkmate) Id definately reccomend them
All three of them had me in floods of tears.

I'm a crybaby too, lol. And it's always easier to cry for books compared to movies cos you actually know their thoughts and emotions, so it's almost as if you adopt the character's feelings as your own.

So basically : Every book makes me cry. I have yet to read a book without crying...except probably Dr Seuss...I did cry for The Grinch though. lol.

I've never really cried while reading, but with those two I've come really close.

I'm a terrible cry baby when it comes to books (actually to anything but that's secret)

-I cried (and stil cry) in HBP at DD's death and funeral.
-I cried at the end of A Walk to Remember... (I cried hystericlly so now I'll never read the book again)
-I cried while I was reading John Lennon's biography written by his first wife in a lot of parts, actually, but mainly when she told how she found out John was dead. I still cry when I read that bit, but anyway, I'm a hopeless Lennon fan.. -And I cried (for some stupid reason) in the 3rd LotR when Frodo destroyed ther ing, but those were tears of joy, so... and in that same book I cried when Frodo left the Hobbits and went with Bilbo to the West...

*looks up*

I told ya I was a crybaby
