Anyhow, thanks v. much for your comments! I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, but I really can't seem to draw. This is an old picture I drew a while ago, and I'm posting it up now because my sister and I were arguing over which sword was the nicest. I like the Dragon Sword and she thinks the Water one is nicer.

Please give me your opinion, which? (Names beside the pics)

The dragon sword looks hard to grip thanks to the pokey dragon horns, I'd have to go with stone. They all rock, though the handle of the flower sword seems a bit bent, as with the pheonix one.

Great designs, very detailed.

Um... I'm going to have to say... stone. I know it wasn't the given opions But the details of all of them are good. Yeah, I think dragon it a bit prettier if I had to chose. I like the details of it. And I don't like fish

On the other hand, excent from the details alone, I love how they are drawn, like the laces of whatever is it in the flower and water swords. The phoenix one seem to have something odd with the handle, though I can't criticize. But it kind of distracts me from the design and otherwise, I would be sure I would have liked it as much as the stone one. I liked the precious stone design at the end of teh handle.

Well, any of them would do... I would like to steal all of those swords for collection

Bah yes, my sister pointed out the dragon horns too. Looks nice, but totally unusable, despite my weak suggestions that those horns were put there to keep the hands attached to the sword etc.

I never noticed till now that the handle of the phoenix sword was a little wonky. O_o

Anyway, I did some fanart on Nadia's extremely funny fic (see her signature).

A none-HP, or even OCHP character, Donovan. I tried drawing him in a different style. I think he came out quite nice, but my dear, darling sisters didn't agree.



Qin fighting. I'm not good at drawing hands holding swords, or in her case, baseball bats. She's also an original character.

There doesn't seem to be enough rope to tie Jaren properly...it looks like it's about to snap at any given moment. Then again it could be bungee cord or something, right?

The baseball bat-swinging picture looks fine, I wish I could do movement lines and distortion like that. The way she swings it looks like she's not putting a lot of power behind it, but oh well.

Ho hum, where to start. Well, for once, Jaren would have looked much better if he was tied up with chains, like we agreed before on MSN. And then again, maybe this is just my fangirlishness coming out. XD But it's amazing, as usual. The look on his face is to die for. One should wonder if it's pain ... or ... pleasure.

Nadia, hmm. Exactly like a imagined her at end of the FF. (And lemmie tell you, some of those mental images were *NOT* pretty) I wish I could have seen the look on Jaren's face when he came out .. but apparentley he was back to his usual calm self.

Oooh, Donovan looks good. Is it me or does he look a little like Wufei, only with glasses on? [frowns] Mind you, after reading so much Gundam Wing stuff in the past days, everything looks like either Wufei or Heero Yuy to me. Now that I mention it ... I saw a rather -- questionable picture of Heero Yuy and chains ... which could be pulled off as Jaren chianed up, anyday. XD

I love Qin's postion, and to tell you the truth, that still looks like a sword to me. Or you made it look like a sword, anyways. but I think it's because it's coming down, I think that would explain it. And then again, my brain doesn't work anymore, therefore it sees and hears things that aren't really there.

And I am still waiting for those drawings with Alex, Zekke and Jaren.

^.^ Nadia looks too cute! And too girly for being Nadia, but nevertheless, you got the idea pretty nicely (*cue shipper giggle*) The Jaren one cracks me up! Somehow you managed a very good impression of him, being terrified and yet not completely loosing the cold demeanor^^
I don't know what you meant about the sword holding. It's definitely better than mine. And the impression she is not trying hitting with strenght might come from the position of the body, with one leg up. Generally, for a better hitting, you need both feet on the ground... something about Newton Law there. I still like the position though and Dolovan looks sexy I thought it was Zekke with glasses.

I must agree with Backslash about the Jaren one. There doesn't seem to be enough rope to hold him down. I love the expression on his face. It's hard to tell what he's thinking, but at the same time it's not bland.

And Nadia. Definitely windswept. I love it. I really like how the one eyebrow is raised to add to the whole effect. You manage to include so many little things in your drawings that make them so much more detailed and able to convey so much more.

Peony! I love the one you did of Nadia. *teehee* I read the fic...and yes..she probably would have looked like that.
