Hey, thanks for dropping by.I've been sketching landscapes my whole life and now I thought I'd try to(finally) work on humans.I know I need to practise x3 but I just wanted an opinion.It'd be a waste of time if these weren't good at all.

Anyway, I picked these two for my first post.It's my character in the school rp Vicky.I tried a lot of styles but I think failed in most.


The clothes looked really bad in this one so I just got the head.(by the way, I took these with my digital camera.I hate scanners)


Well this is more like a 10 year old Vicky but at least I tried

They look pretty good to me. Bah.. it's takes me for ever to do anything... mainly eyes... and the clothes are fine. Can't wait to see some more!!

I just did that.It needs work but I'm very impatient.When I've got something done in my head then I'm just too bored to copy it on the paper.


It's an rp character of mine.Megan.

Her head and eyes look bigger than they should be..other than that I guess it's fine.

[I suggest putting on some music when drawing.I prefer Archive for that kinda thing, forces me to focus... ]

Welcome to the portfolios! Looks like you are off to a good start.

The first pic of Vicky, the neck is just a little too long and the shoulders are boxy. In the second pic, the proportion of the head is too large for her body. And the hands are a little small.

The pic of Megan is actually very good. I love her clothes and the way she is standing. The neck goes in too much where it joins the head, and the lips don't seem to match a manga-ish style. And don't worry about the proportion of her head! It's just right! The neck could be a tad longer, but it looks great. Try rounding your eyes a little more. They shouldn't be boxes. The shirt draping is really neat and love how it looks like it's floating a little.

Can't wait to see more!

I'm not really into the manga style thing(meaning I'm not good at it) so I guess I should try out some different styles.

wow, I missed a few days on here and a new thread pops up, lol. I like you works, they are good except for a few proportions here and there...but most of them are good, like the body shapes and stuff. The drawing above this post is really nice. I like the way you drew her dress...great.

btw, can you post some of your landscape art next time? I like those types of works.

ok, that's Luna(I hope you can tell) at Hogsmead, watching the trio having a fight with Draco and Pansy.Before she'd met them.Well, she was supposed to hold a Zonko paper bag but the clothes turned out really bad so...

[this happened in an rp I was playing yesterday. I thought, it'd be fun, so I did it]

I'm working on one with more than three characters in it.The scene at Hog's Head when they all come in to join DA.I know they're 10 or something, I'll just make about five of them.But I guess I'm gonna need more time finish that.
