Jim Carrey James Eugene Carrey, better known to us all as the hilarious Jim Carrey, has always been one of my favourite actors. From making us all laugh as characters Ace Ventura (Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls), the green and mean Mr. Grinch (How the Grinch Stole Christmas), unlucky TV reporter Bruce Nolan (Bruce Almighty), bank employee Carl Allen (Yes Man), and many more, Jim is definately one of those people out there worth seeing on the big screen.
There is a lot to talk about when it comes to this man. Jim has stared in many movies out there today and won several awards because of his talent. As Jim is a rather popular Canadian-American actor and stand-up comedian, I have one thing to say: Carrey fans of the world ... UNITE!

But these days, some of the, er, things he says and does off-screen have totally put me off, so I'm not really comfortable watching his movies anymore.  | |

Jims amazing! i think sometimes he can be abit off putting. but overall i think his pretty cool xD i specially like him in ' Bruce Almighty ' he just made me lol alot!

Ooh. Jim Carrey. I didn't know there was a thread for him. Well... one word to describe him. HILARIOUS. Every movie that he does always seems to have me laughing. I recently rewatched the "Mask" and it was really funny. He's great in comedic movies. I remember watching a rather serious movie with him though. It was... "The Majestic"... I think? And it was more serious and it was nice seeing a different side to his acting. A little bit more flexible. But yes... "Bruce Almighty" FTW!  | |

I liked his in the truman show and series of unfortunate events, but Ace Ventura really annoyed me, I don't really like him he can really annoy me with what he sais but I mean he can be ok, he plays the baddie quite well

I really liked him in A Series of Unfortunate Events. He was fantastic as Count Olaf. He is truly a comedian. I don't know what kind of antics he gets up to offscreen, but I don't really pay attention to most of that stuff anyway. So it's all right with me if he isn't an upstanding citizen, as long as he continues to make me laugh with his movies. I know then that he's doing his job.

I love Jim Carrey. I didn't really like Ace Ventura: Pet Detective but I love Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls. I also like Bruce Almighty, Dumb and Dumber and How The Grinch Stole Christmas. But Series of Unfortunate Events GENIUS! When he tried to be a dinosaur He is an awesome actor and I don't care what any one says HE IS FREAKING HILARIOUS!

lierally laughed my pants off in the movie 'LiarLiar' and 'Bruce Almighty' . I lvoe his epic facials, I don't know any actor who can do those LEGIT facials he does :'DD
