What do you all think of his acting skills? He is one of the greatest action stars of all time, in my opinion.... not to mention he isn't that bad to look at! 
I think he is hilarious and an all around good actor, but feel free to voice your opinions about him either way.  Have Fun!

Yea I actually didn't even know who Jason Statham until I watched Death Races... I don't do too many shoot 'em up bloody movies... and that seems to be his MO

Yea I'm kinda picky when it comes to movies. I don't like chicky sappy stuff, I'm not a fan of bloody or scary...
I pretty much only like comedies. Every now and again Hubs will drag me to one of the others... thats how I saw Death Races tehhe

He is extremely good-looking, and a great action star, but I'm not sure about his acting abilities as a whole. Most of the roles he takes don't have many speaking parts, so I'd have to see him in a more emotional role before I can make a decision based on his acting abilities.

See, I think he really showed off his acting chops in Chaos. True enough it was actiony but he also played a killer that was pretending to be the good guy. In the psychological thrillers you have to be a good actor/actress or the plot is ruined because you can tell the person is playing double agent if you will.
