Then, you can focus on things like 'getting softer' or 'stretching out' instead of just picturing the old item."

Oh dear. Preston stepped out of the way as the girl immobilized the snake before turning it back into her bracelet. "Quick thinking, Miss Ballard, however... I would like you to try the spell nonverbally, as well. I'm sorry if the snake gave you a fright. Would you like me to change it to something else, this time?"

Making his way over to the corner, Preston tapped the broken quill, transfiguring it into a drumstick.
