Chapter 9

Harry's POV

I found Ginny as I was searching compartments. I grabbed her and we hid underneath the seats. I threw the invisibility cloak over us and told her to keep quiet. I could feel the coldness enveloping us and I didn't let go of Ginny.

"Dementors as well." I whispered.

I hoped Ron and Hermione were safe and well. I couldn't even help but smile to myself as I was there with Ginny. Dean was probably in the prefect's department.


Ron's POV

I grabbed Hermione and pulled her with me into one of the carts at the back of the train. Just then the screams had stopped and I thought it was very unusual. Hermione tugged on me to peek out for a second, just to see what was going on. I nodded and peeked out the curtain of the cart. Just then a blinding white light struck me.

Draco's POV

I heard the shouts and screams and shivered. It had probably been my father and a few death eaters. I felt the shiver of coldness and sighed. Dementors were here as well, those bloody things scare me luckily they won't hurt me since I'm on there side. I rubbed my head and walked down the aisleway, carelessly. I watched Weasley and HermioneGranger go inside the cart. I smirked and kept on walking. I heard that familiar voice behind me.

"Draco. We have some important business to attend to with the Dark Lord. You must come with us now." Lucius said.

I sighed and nodded seeing Crabbe, Goyle and Pansy behind the death eaters and dementors. I rolled my eyes and could see Weasley poke out of the cart. My father had seen me looking towards there and cast the Avada Kedavra curse. My eyes widened, Hermione...no. I shook my head and cleared my throat to hold myself together.

"Father, I shall meet you outside of the train in a few minutes. I must gather up my belongings." I said.

Lucius nodded and stalked off with the others. Once they were out of the sight and ran over to Weasley and Hermione. I tried to shake the two awake but they wouldn't. I felt a tear fall down my cheek. My love..was dead.
