“You look very snazzy in your dress robes, handsome, I must say,” Delanie said, dusting some lint off of Cody’s shoulder. “You know, I’ve always been a sucker for men in black.”

Cody snorted. “The movie or me?”

Delanie considered this for a moment, her lips pouting. Finally, she replied, “Both. But I think you are my favorite.”

“I better be,” Cody replied, kissing her. “I’m real and they are not.”

Delanie sighed. “It’s a pity they are not. I always thought those big guns they played with were nifty.”

“I know, love,” Cody smiled. “Let’s go before we’re late.”
