Ive never liked Cho. If your on a date with someone you like, why start crying about your ex boyfriend? While I was reading OoP, I was yelling at the book, saying "CHO, SHUT UP! CEDRIC IS DEAD, GET OVER IT!"

Also, she knows that Hermione and Harry are just friends, she was just being clingy and over-sensitive. She knew Harry had no feelings toward Hermione. She knew that they were just friends.
