Victor turned to Nobara with a smile as the young girl spoke, assuring him that he didn't look old, just tired. "Well, thank you..." he trailed off, not knowing the girl's name. "'Now what'?" he repeated, turning to Lucy as the young girl questioned him on what would happen next now that the deal had been sealed. "Now you wait for some papers to arrive in the mail and fill them out; and continue practicing like your life depends on it," he replied. "And, most importantly, you will avoid trouble," he added the last bit with a much harsher tone, though his voice remained at the same level. He knew Lucy wasn't a big fan of following rules and feared this might have a negative effect on the band overall. Not just her behaviour, but everyone's behaviour in school could affect the band. "No detentions, no trouble with teachers... got it?" He glanced around at all the teenage faces with expectant eyes before turning back to Lucy. "Remember, Charrington - no screw-ups."

Abigail felt herself sink slightly in her seat. She was sure she would not have any trouble following Victor's last request as she had never been one to get in trouble with teachers or receive detentions, but she still felt rather nervous about it all. It felt so... strict and official; being in the band was no longer a silly hobby and that idea intimidated her somewhat.
