Those are all great lines and I hope they are in the movies. But I have to say I really hope they do the scene where Harry, Hermoine and Ron are listening to Potterwatch and Fred's bit about Voldemort being able to kill with a single glance from his eyes and he goes on to say

"That's a Basilisk, listeners. One simple test: check whether the thing that's glaring at you has got legs. If it has, it's safe to look into its eyes, although if it really is You-Know-Who, that's still likely to be the last thing you ever do."

That bit made me laugh so much when I read it for the first time, it still makes me laugh whenever I read it. Also the bit about moving faster than Severus Snape confronted with shampoo. That was a great line too. I will be really disappointed if that scene isn't included.
