James was bored. Potions was such a boring subject. The only thing that kept him going was Lily was in this class too. Gave him something to do. Something to look at while Professor Slughorn drawled on about something or another.
As he sat staring at the back of her head with her wavy auburn colored hair, she turned back to look at him. His eyes then went wide as she smiled at him, and threw a piece of parchment at him. Hurriedly he opened it and read what she wrote.
“Quit staring at me if you value your life.”
