Game soundtracks are not sold in stores, no. Some, like God Of War, have online purchasing available for them. Also, when Ubisoft released Prince of Persia 3, The Two Thrones, an amazing soundtrack was packaged along with the first five hundred copies...most companies haven't done much with the soundtracks up until now. As far as the Potter game soundtracks, I think they did an excellent job...not Williams, but they got the feel of Potter with them. I loved the way they incorporated Hedwig's Theme in OoTP.
