I agree. He was also important in Goblet, but they didn't include him at all. Dobby was supposed to be the one who helped Harry with the second task, and he was supposed to be the one who finds the Room of Requirement, and not Neville. In #6, he was supposed to follow Malfoy, along with Kretcher, to find out where Malfoy was hiding. Lots of Dobby moments, but they cut those out. That's really too bad.
