Name meaning: Umeko means Plum Blossom Child

Description: Umeko is about 5’9’’ and is somewhat muscle toned thanks to all the work she does. She tends to favor a variety of color in her clothes but usually they are toned down so that no one is blinded by them. She also has to make sure that they go well with her long magenta colored hair. Her favorite outfit usually involves a jacket and a pair of jeans.



Personality: Her personality is usually calm and well balanced. Although she does have her temper moments where she is liable to hit any guy in a mile radius to her, but only if something stupid is said or she is being hit on. The rest of the time she is the most organized of the group. She is also known as the genius and the telepath because she is somewhat psychic which works well with her Pokémon.

History: Umeko is the second oldest child of a Pokémon Breeder and Coordinator. Her older brother became a Pokémon Coordinator while her younger became a breeder. She is the only one in her family that took the trainer road and is often made fun of by her brothers. She has a younger sister but she is still too young to start her journey. She has a strong relationship with her father who is like her, a telepath. On his side of the family it was tradition to get a psychic Pokémon as the starter instead of one of the three that Professor Rowan usually has at his lap. Her mother however did not like the idea and tried to force her to pick a Piplup because it was cute and would be a good Pokémon to use in contests.

She got her first Pokémon at the age of 10 and began her journey as a trainer. She collected various types in the region but she excelled in psychic types. Her first Pokémon was an Abra, who at first refused to work with her, after nearly getting killed in a landslide, her Abra saved her and the two became close friends. When she turned 12 she had won all eight badges in the region and went to the league where she became one of the youngest to become champion. After that she went to different regions of the world searching for cool psychic types to add to her already great team. She dislikes organizations or normal people that would want to hurt Pokémon and because of that joined a select group that is dedicated to such a purpose.

Description: Holly is 5’6’’ and petite, little to no muscles.



Personality: She is hard working and yet laid back for a Researcher. She works hard to get her job done and to get new information before the other researchers do. She is competitive in doing that but she looks up to most of the well known Researchers, expect Elm who she thinks is a push over or a researcher. She likes to take pictures of the Pokémon and to see if any of them are different from ones in other regions. She has a extreme dislike of those who would hurt Pokémon or use them for an evil purpose.

History: Holly is the oldest of 10 children and is used to being ignored by a large group of people. Her parents had a good number of those kids close together so it was hard to tell if one child was getting left out. Holly moved out of her parent’s house at the age of 15 not being able to take sharing a room with 4 other sisters who would constantly take her stuff. It was hard on her parents but they realized that their daughter had grown up and needed to make her mark on the world. She started off as a trainer/ Coordinator, but after reading one of Professor Oaks research papers on Vileplume’s spot petals being different depending on gender got her hooked on being a researcher.

By the time she was 17 she went to where his lab was and began to learn under him. Lucky for her that she was a quick study because she soon was better than him in some ways. She left his lab when she turned 20 and moved to Fiore, a region where mostly Rangers lived and continued her study. But she did not stay in her lab long, she had decided on traveling to other regions in search of something no one has seen before or a new take on Pokémon and their evolutions. She tends to get made fun of because of her name Holly and Vine because both are woods and when said fast it sounds like I’ll be fine. She also tends to look like she is a normal person outside of the lab. In the lab she wears the usually lap coat and formal wear.

Description: Maiko is 5’5’’ and average for her age. She is also short for her age as well.


Personality: Maiko is bossy and girly all at the same time. She loves the color pink and the stars at night. She also loves to dance and used to have a partner but he became her boss. She likes to push everyone around because of her height and because she has close ties to the boss.

History: Maiko was adopted by a rich family when she was 3 years old. She was the light of her adopted parents worked until her younger twin siblings were born. Her adopted parents began to spend time with them instead of her which hurt her greatly. She pushed herself away from them in hopes that it would not hurt her so much. At one point she yelled at them for ignoring her very existence which did not go over to well with her parents. She was scolded for being unlady like and for waking the babies. So at the age of 9 she ran away from home and was never heard from again.

She ended up going to the city where she met her first friend. He became her world and as they grew they agreed to make the people in their lives pay for hurting them. After the years past they became involved with criminal organizations and soon created one of their own. At first she stood on an equal field with her male friend but he soon became her boss. On her 20th birthday she decided to look up the people that adopted her to find out they had forgotten about her. This fueled her anger and she fully went along with whatever her boss told her to due include getting a group together and opening a portal so that they could take over another world.
