Last week
we told you that actor Devon Murray (Seamus Finnegan) appeared on
the Podge and Rodge show in Ireland. We now have video from that show, courtesy of
JessieCave.com.
On the show, Devon discussed working with fellow Irish actor Brendan Gleeson (Moody), and how he and Brendan had one of Seamus’s lines changed in
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to make it more “Irish.” He also said that Richard Harris, who played Dumbledore in the first two films, had asked him to sign an autograph for his granddaughter.
He said Dan Radcliffe was great, but that performing nude in
Equus was “mental” and that he could never do that.
Devon spoke a bit about his post-Potter plans, saying that he’d like to continue acting, perhaps in
Northside, Southside, a script that a friend of his is currently writing.
Devon also stated that he wants to be a show jumper for the Irish Olympic team and has been training with a horse named Luxor.
