Harry Potter actors Alan Rickman (Severus Snape), Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy) and Kenneth Branagh (Gilderoy Lockhart) have been nominated for the 2008 Evening Standard Theater awards.

Ken received a best actor nomination for his work in Ivanov; Helen is up for the best actress award for her role in Rosmersholm; and Alan's directorial turn in Creditors got him a nod, as well.

The nominee list will actually be shortened later this week, and those still nominated will be up for the awards, which will be given out on November 24th. Congratulations to all those nominated!
