Personality:
Alex is quite disturbed. He is rather violent, and closed off from others, along with being sardonically sarcastic and rarely having a kind word for anyone. He's very bad-tempered and has a low self esteem and morale. Underneath his shell, he's insecure, and sensitive; a side rarely, if ever, shown.
Appearance:
Alabaster skin, raven-black shoulder length hair, spiked up like a porcupine. He dresses in strictly black with the occasional death rocker band shirt, and has his initials in ominous print tattooed into his arm. Alex wears enough metal to endure WWII and though the upper half of his face is scarcely seen, when he brushes it back two ice-blue eyes can be seen, along with two studs on either side of the bridge of his nose.

Extreme balloon phobia (the only thing that can drive him to tears)
Extreme Aphenphosmphobia- Fear of being touched

History:
Alex was born to a mid-class muggle family in the Netherlands. His father was a banker, and his mother a waitress. All throughout his mother's (Ellie) pregnancy, he had several complications in the womb, brought on by Ellie's incessant drinking.
Growing up, Alex was never quite normal, refusing to play with other children and sleeping in his drawers once he was moved out of his crib instead of sleeping in his bed as was encouraged by his parents.
Throughout elementary school, he faced expulsion several times, and in the duration of middle school his conditions only worsened. He landed in the police office on more than one occurrence, and his parents only felt extreme relief when he received his Hogwarts letter. Alex was growing to pose a threat to their three other children.
He made no friends in his first, second, or third year, keeping to corners and driving several roommates out. When he experienced extreme nightmares, he cast sleep away, too, and began to suffer from sleep deprivation until the nurse prescribed him medication.
He was kicked out of Hogwarts his fourth year for harassing professors and other inapproipriate and destructive activities.
Alex was moved to Durmstrang, and discovered dancing on the border of Dark Magic, was expelled there as well.
His parents discovered the program Hogwarts was beginning, and begged for the Head Master's forgiveness for their son. He was accepted, begrudgingly.
