Background/Personality: Elijah was a very friendly, outgoing boy until his parents died under mysterious circumstances last year. Since then he has become brooding and withdrawn. Elijah is the only one who knows what happened to his parents, having witnessed the event, but refuses to talk about it, even to law enforcement. He has a twin sister, Elaine, with whom he is very close, but was devastated at age 11 when he received a letter from Hogwarts and she did not, since she is a muggle, separating them for the first time in their lives.
