He doesn’t care what other people think either.

History: Carter was born in London, England. After his mother died, he was sent to live with his father. By the time he had reached the age of 14, his father was found dead and no one knows why. He now lives with his older, already adult, pure-blood, half-brother. They hate each other and it's a miracle that they have yet to kill one another off.
