Personality: She is often very quiet- but can also be rather wierd. Jocasta loves to draw and loves the outdoors at night. She can have a temper if you really push her far- but that is something really hard to do. She is shy, but once you get to know her she can be rather outgoing.
History: Joe was born and raised mostly in New York by her parents. By the age of 9 she realized she had some sort of odd power. Around that age she would dream of future happenings. Around the age of eleven she devolved and interest towards playing cards, and tarot cards. On her eleventh birthday her mentor- Julianne Lesra met with her parents. 12 days later they all thought it was best that Jocasta learn to develope whatever skill she had- safely.
She moved to the small city of Great Falls, Montana where Julianne taught her and 6 other children about the muggle life, the wizarding life, and their life. Joe had lived in Montana for 5 years when Madame Lesra arranged their stay at Hogwarts.

Appearance: Has red hair ends she smiles all the time dresses like she’s in the nineties with high socks and pleated skirts and sensible shoes.
Personality: Kioku is a happy go lucky person, even though she knows nothing about her Japanese culture she still tries to learn every now and then but since she’s lived in New York for such a long time she tends to lean towards her fathers side. She loves to play and is rarely ever serious, but whenever she is she’s intense.
History: Kioku was born to a Japanese mother and an American father. She discovered her powers when she was four, Kioku was eavesdropping and her mother had spotted her she turned so suddenly that she ran into a wall, or rather ran though the wall. Since then Kioku has used her power to evade trouble and cause trouble, her mother and father never liked the whole idea of her ability and began treating her like she was a mutant.
Julianne Lesra met Kioku when she was eight after scaring her into using her powers Julianne took her to Great Falls, Montana to help her harness her power.

Personality: Is not afraid to speak her mind, trying to help out when she can. She’s become an animal activist since discovering the whole thing. She loves the outdoors and pretty much can’t stand being trapped indoors. Playing tricks on people with her powers has become far to fun to stop. She’s not afraid to be one of the guys and actually prefers their company sometimes. Don’t even start on girly subjects with her unless you want to see the evil side of her personality. History: Her parents were scared when she started learning about her powers, so they sent her to Montana so they didn’t have to be around her. She’s gotten over it though, seeing as that was when she was twelve. She’d been in Montana for four years until they went to Hogwarts.

History:
Penelope was born on Bridgeport, Connecticut, to Caleb and Erin Aspen. Around The age of 7, Penny was outside playing with her dog when it started to rain, her father called her inside the house and the last thing she knew was that she was suddenly in her room. Her father ran to check on her, surprised and shocked for what he witnessed, but he’d heard of something like that before.
Erin, Penny’s mom, got in touch with someone named Julianne Lesra as Caleb told her about this ability their daughter had. Soon enough, Penny left to Montana, happy to be a little away from the twins mess back at her house.
In Montana, she learned more about her ‘powers’, for they not only let her physically transport from one place to other, but also mentally transport into minds (though, that’s not controlled yet).
