well since it didnt contain specifics then it makes sense why the case got thrown out.

i hate to say this, but JKR is in the losing end of the privacy battle. she's a celebrity now, even if they can keep specifics out theres no way to stop curious people from knowing what she does, buying a cup of coffee or buying property. she's still got it relatively easy compared to some celebrities like the Jolie-Pitts. within 24hrs of inking the deal with the France estate people around the world knew what the estate looked like, which town it was, heck even what was planted in its garden for pete's sake.

i dont know what JKR could possible hope to accomplish with her suing everybody left and right.
