If your (yeah you, a book. Lets just not go there) expecting me to update often, note that this IS often for me. Hey, atleast I write everything down thats happened through the past whatever days I haven't written for. Oh great now I feel like I'm arguing with a diary, that can't possibly argue back. How smart! Thank merlins polka-dotted pants no one will ever see this.
So last saturday (the 29th) just as planned, Lexi and I took my younger siblings minus Madi (she's already in france with a friend's family), plus her little brother Legend over to Grandma Angelinas, and spent the day there. It was a crazy, but fun. The usual, you know. Joseph came too, he and Alexis get along just as well as Alexis and I, except without the really-strong-almost-five-years-long-bond. Which I find good; I don't remember if I've admitted this yet, but I've offically accepted Joey as my twin brother. Sounds kinda funny, but I guess what I'm trying to say is I trust him, and I'm not afraid or angry to open up and answer whatever questions he has for me? I'm still kind of mad at mum though, for not telling me from the begining I once had a twin brother. I still can't understand why not telling me would make it better, as she seems to think? Whatever..It doesn't matter. It's done and over with.
Thinking back it was a blast, when we were at my grandmother's the otherday. Grandma Angelina always lets us do pretty much whatever we want. I got to show Joey how to ride a horse, and nearly fell over because I was laughing so hard, Lexis almost fell off Cinnamon, but you know her she's a quick study. I rode on Esmerelda, a black and white horse; her prints are alot like a cows, actually.
Afterward Grandma took us to the candy store, and we hadn't even suggested it! Insane woman, that was a big mistake giving almost ten kids a bunch of sugar but she didn't care at all! That's her, though. Her saying is 'Their my grandchildren and I don't have them as much as you do; I will treat them to whatever I want!' and yes, she would tell Alphonso (Lexis' dad) something similar if not the same thing!
We went home around ten or eleven that night instead of sleeping over. Julian, Kaitlynnh, Legend, Lissy, Lydia and Gabriel stayed. My five younger brother's and sister's were suppose to, mum and dad have gone off to see a relative of dads. (They've always tried keeping us away from that side of the family, when we're young. Their muggle people, and if you've experienced magical mishaps already its hard to control if possible at all, keeping us from them was just a safer idea for everyone) and Legend stayed too, obviously he's always welcome to.
We went to Emmylyne and Axel's, where Dusty was as well. He and Joseph also get along GREAT. Sometimes it worries me, that Dustin and Alexis will corrupt him, but.. while it worries me, I kind of think its a good idea? does that make ANY sense? Joseph's life might as well have just started, and I want him to have fun and fit in. Those two aren't bad kids! Not even close, having abit of fun even if it keeps me on my toes, is okay. I'd probably prefer it, if I didn't think Dusty is or has turned Joey into another 'Big Brother' (long story, if you haven't caught what that meant already - Later)
I should wrap this up..it's six in the morning and I have to finish getting ready, gather my pets in their carriers and make sure I have everything before its time to go!
But I did fail to mention, I (or we..) have a new pet! Okay here's the story put short and sweet: While at Grandma's that day, Lex and I had gone to sit down outside by the 'ancient tree', eatting candy (surprise surprise!) and Grandma asked if we were bored. We said kinda but not really, and she handed us... a PUPPY! a TINY tan-furred teacup chihuahua! She fit in the palm of my hand! Grandma said she was for us; Lexi and I. We decided to name her - wait for it! - .... HIPPOGRIFF! Such a tiny thing could only be maybe as big as a real Hippogriff's (or Reptar
s for example, Lexi's Hippogriff) beak. She's called Hippo, for short.
Drat, the time! Now I really need to wrap this up! I can hear Joseph and Dustin, and we have to get ready to go, like I already said! Today we get on Hogwarts Express to go back to school. Speaking of which, you'd NEVER in a million bazillion years guess what I got, with my regular necessary school supplies list? I got a letter, well another letter with the regular one! I was made Prefect! I honestly had to re-read it five times over, and the boys snatched it up after I didn't answer them and read it outloud. Everyone was thrilled, of course, less surprised than I for some reason (weird family..) and mum found out about Rabid, the baby badger cub I've kept from her for a year now.. (I know, that was bad of me. It's a long story I'm not about to go into, I'd do it again if I had to) mum was so happy I made Prefect, I didn't get introuble. Infact, she's letting me keep him (not that I would have listened anyways..) as long as he doesn't bite anyone and we make sure to get him check-ups every now and then.
Guess who the other Prefect for our house is? Curtis! Alexis might as well have had a feild day with that information *Rollseyes* It wouldn't have made a difference eitherway, she's known too much since second year when I finally went to her and Alicia about my confused feelings. At the begining of last term, for example, she asked when the wedding would be and when would she get an invitation! (wedding as in to Curt and mine, which does not exsist. We're fifteen for crying out loud) Now that I've gone so far off the original subject; I am very, very happy and proud that Curt is the other Prefect.
Agie Brandywine was one of the students to leave last term, but she didn't graduate like her sister Kerry Brandywine had. She was the Gryffindor's captain, now guess who's the new one? MISS CHOSEN! That made everything even better, I'm looking forward to returning to Hogwarts.
Unfortunately I've just spent nearly an hour writing in this diary, and I HAVE to go now. We're going to be late at this rate!
