Right there. I already have these. It is expensive to buy the boxes so I suggest just buying a base set from eBay and then buying the Costume cards you really like if you see them on eBay or a place that sells them separatley. This is the first edition of the 3-D cards.
I think they are coming out with a new edition that might be what they are talking about in this news post, but that is a picture from the first set.
And also, you don't automatically get an autograph/costume card. They are randomly inserted so its not guaranteed you get one.
Artbox has HP cards for SS, CoS, PoA, PoA update set, GoF, GoF update set, OotP, 3-D, 3-D update (coming soon), Memorable Moments, Mary GrandPre artwork, and Premiere Poster card set.
All the sets have a base set of about 90 cards and then randomnly inserted Costume/Prop/Film/Autograph cards.
I have all the base sets and a bunch of costume ones. They are very cool, but only a certain number were made

As for the Bella bust, they only make a certain number of each bust. Usually 2500 or 5000. But some, the exclusives (like Luna, which I have) are 1000. For Bella there were only 2000 made.
So if you don't buy them when they first come out they are very expensive on eBay so you might have to wait a while to find a cheap one. The busts are so great though! I have Luna, Draco and Hermione. I would like more but they are expensive.
