Yes, they are real. This yarn company posted Half-Bloof Prince photos once before and had to remove them from their website. Luckily we have those pics here in our gallery though!

Yes, the second and fourth are Remus and Tonks. Maybe her hair is a bit reddish or purplish? Hard to say with these small pics. We've requested larger ones from Warner Bros.
