I wouldn't be surprised if the adults, such as Hagrid, Snape, Dumbledore and Mc Gonagall got paid more then Rupert and Emma. However I suppose Hermione wasn't in the 2nd one that much, however she is in the third one more then Ron.
PS: Ron is in the limelight more
COS: Ron again
POA: Hermione gets more lime light
GOF: Hermione because of the Ron/Harry fight
OotP: Debatable but I would say Ron again.
