The Telegraph has placed J.K.Rowling at #14 in their list of the top 100 Powerful People in British Culture.

Stephen Fry, the narrator for the British
Harry Potter audio books, and Helena Bonham-Carter, who portrays Bellatrix Lestrange in the films, also made the list.
