The all should get payed the same...i mean maybe Dan could make a tad more but not that much!! They are all wonderful at what they do and its not exactly fair that Dan gets that much more. Emma is an amazing and she will do great in the future...i feal the same about Dan and Rupert but i believe that Emma has more potential.
