It has been announced that Dan Radcliffe will debut in Equus on broadway in New York City on September 5th. Previews will begin on that date and the play will run for 22 weeks at the Broadhurst Theatre. It will be open from September 25th - February 8th 2009. Richard Griffiths (who played Vernon Dursley in the Potter films) reprises his role as the psychiatrist who treats Dan's character, Alan Strang and Thea Sharrock returns to direct.

UPDATE: DanRadcliffe.com states that tickets for the general public will go on sale April 26, 2008.
