 Professor Dainsie's Study
In through the only door in the common room that does not lead to a dorm, is Professor Dainsie's study. You enter a round homely looking room done in deep reds, with deep blue carpet. The walls are lined with shelves holding family photos, school trophies, Quidditch memorabilia and various other items. On the walls hang a few posters of musical groups and Quidditch teams, and behind the large and slightly messy mahogany desk hangs a very large Gryffindor flag. Somewhere in the room is a hidden entrance that leads to her private living quarters. A brass telescope looks out towards the sky and a perch for a Phoenix sits behind the door, the bird sleeping with its head under her wing.
“Welcome to my study! If you have any questions about the school and classes, have problems with other students, or you just want chat, come on in and take a seat!” |
