According to the August 25th, 2003 People Magazine, Daniel Radcliffe is getting the big pay off

"Big Bucks - and Litte: Daniel Radcliffe, aka Harry Potter, is said the have recieved $3.2 million for Azkaban, up from the $320,000 combined for the first two movies. Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, who play Harry's pals Hermione and Ron, reportedly were paid a mere $125,000 per movie. All three are negotiating to appear in the fourth movie."
