Well, they had to be more careful because of the Carrows. Plus it was really hard with keeping secrets because of the beatings and tortures and who knows, the Carrows probably used veritaserum or something.

Well, Neville, Ginny, and Luna were sort of in charge. Ginny is a wall. Living with older brothers, she has to be tough and motivate the others. She's a pretty strong fighter too.

Luna knows what she believes in and she sticks with that [in her own weird way, but still] So her confidence might rub off on others and she's just such a positive thinker that she can convince people to not give up.

Neville. This guy rocks, man! He finally finally finally broke out of that shy shell of his! He took the beatings but he never even held back and gave a second thought of continuing fighting in the DA. He would've made his parents super proud! True Longbottom. True Gryffindor.
