At the sound of more children coming down the stairs, Garret looked up to see Wyatt and Alex. “Good morning, Alex, Wyatt,” he said to the two. He held back a small chuckle and pretended not to notice when Alexander kissed Alicia’s cheek. He didn’t mind… that much. Just so long as it was only an innocent peck.
“’Morning,” Alicia said with a grin. Her grin widened just a bit, and she looked over to her father to see if he was at least pretending not to see. It seemed he was.
