Since when is he above the law? I thought the law was changing; you had to be 18 from the year '87 onward, to drive.

Oh and for a first car, that's silly. You have your most bumps in your first year, and his insurance on a vehicle like that, at his age, is going to be sky high. Does he not have a financial advisor? lol He'd betetr get one, else I can see him frittering all his money away.
