Chapter Four
"Let's head to Edinbourgh. There's a tavern there that is reasonably sanitary." Salazar said.
"Unlike you." Godric said, grinning. He shifted his wand to his other arm and turned to face Salazar.
"Oh, look who's suddenly got a sence of humor. Well at least I have a life." Salazar said, returning his friends grin.
How Godric would wished he could still see that grin. (Sheesh, stop foreshadowing.)
"I know you love me Sal." Godric said.
"Boys, play nice." Rowena said. They laughed and Helga snorted a bit.
"Fine to Edinbourgh." Godric said with finallity*. He was like the leader of the group, always deciding the best solution after listening to his friend debate.
"To Edinbourgh!" chorused the other three. They mounted their broom sticks and kicked off.
"I hate flying!" Helga exclaimed. Helga was afraid of heights. Her hands were gripping the handle of her broom so tight, her knucles were turning white.
"Helga, relax." Rowena said soothingly. Rowena was the only one who could calm down the other three. This was a good thing when Salazar went in to one of his rants or Godric got too bored or Helga got scared.
Helga relaxed a bit but as soon as she did the wind blew a bit and she gripped the broom tighter than ever.
"How much longer?" Helga whined a few hours later.
"About four hours." Godric said. He loved flying and was not bothered by the long journey.
Helga groaned.
"Cheer up Helga!" Salazar exclaimed, he was enjoying the journey, too.
"Come on friends, think of the possibilites ahead!" Godric exclaimed.
