I frowned, and I didn't want to open my mouth in fear of shouting. I was trying to control my emotions but the way Sirius was acting wasn't helping.
"Fine," I said slowly, after taking a few deep breaths. "I... You're really annoying Sirius. I'm not. I don't hate you, okay?"
"So you love me?" he replied, the message obviously not getting through.
"Sirius!" James and I exclaimed at the same time.
"What?" he questioned, confused.
I sighed angrily, and put my head in my hands.
"Sirius. Not evey girl likes you. Not every girl hates. That's what she's trying to say! You think about only yourself," James replied, finally having enough.
I looked over at him, slightly surprised. Sirius looked shocked as well.
"You really have improved, James," I breathed, giving him a look of apprasal.
"Yeah. Thanks," he muttered darkly. "Just get on with it. I'm tired."
I turned to Sirius, hoping that what I was about to say wouldn't make him go arrogant. |
