First things first. Teh Rulez

Rules:

1. Comment please. I would like to know who's taking my icons ^___^
2. Credit pwease. Credit makes the fuzzy cows feel fuzzy inside. Credit Lynn, Kelvin or LFBAGB
3. No Hotlinking. That bad. It makes all the kittehs in the world sad.
4. Don't claim any of these as your own. That bad too. Pwease don't do so. Fred would be very sad if you did so...
5. No requests. I am, however, open to suggestions if you have them.
6. Always follow SS Rules. They're important and keep EVERYONE happy
7. Last but not least. ENJOY! Enjoying makes balloon animals squeal with joy.
