So, I suppose this'll sound weird, but. My characters kind of... come to me. I don't spend a lot of time forming them in my mind because I just kind of... see them there, if you can understand that? I'll use for example, Jamie. He came to me originally as an adult character to be used in a post-Hogwarts RP with Ama, who created a character akin to Bucky.

Pretty much, I saw this tall, dark, curly haired male. And from then on, I developed him. I don't take much control of him, the kind of develops on his own. I knew from the beginning that he'd be a nice, sweet boy, kind of dopey in the beginning, a little daft, definetely foreign to his emotions and as time went on, I became more and more aware of his personality. Playing him, I could feel what he was like. If there was resistance, I knew it wasn't part of his personality.

Basically, my characters become real to me =/ Haha.
