I'd deffinately have to say it's between Kreacher and Snape. I mean the absolute worst was thought of them for so long and in the end they both came through in so many ways and in some of the most important for Harry and his friends.They both got treated badly but still chose to continue with good intentions at heart no matter what. I loved the way she finished up for them both, it was just sad.
