A better question would be, what am I not going to miss. And the answer? Nothing. I won't miss nothing (meaning I'll miss everything, but it came out wrong ) of this book series, because it has been so fantastic. From the second I picked up that book in 1999 (when, incidentally, I was only five) and thought "Oh, this looks so boring. I doubt I'll read this", which is a rather long sentence for a five year old to think, but I've always been abnormally intelligent, and abnormally not-modest .
But yeah. From the second I picked up Philosopher's Stone, I was always compelled to just give it a peek. And I read the first page...then the second...and maybe the third wouldn't hurt. I was hooked.
So I'll miss all my favourite characters - Lupin, Tonks, Hermione, Ron, Moody, Teddy *sob* - and finding out what happens to them.
I'll miss not going to sleep at all, dressing up as Tonks and going out at midnight to get a new book.
I'll miss never getting to find out what happened in the space of those nineteen years (unless JK writes it in her encyclopedia).
I'll miss fanfictions speculating the end.
I'll miss mourning my favourite characters with my friends.

In short, I'll miss Harry Potter.
