A small, pale, boy pushed a trolley containing his trunk and followed his parents through the barrier between Platforms 9 & 10. He was surprised his father had bothered to come at all because as soon as they had stopped, his mother had turned around and begun double checking that he had packed everything which had led to another argument between his parents (he had lost track of how many they had had since begining the journey to London). It didn't take much to set those two off. So, he said his goodbyes in between the shouts and slipped onto the train. |
